When to Enroll
Students may enroll in True Worshippers School of Prophets Biblical University Distant Learning Programs at any time. Those students desiring to attend the courses, seminars, symposiums, and workshops offered on-site at any of the School's locations, must enroll in accordance with the Academic Calendar. Admission and Registration
Students of all races and ethnic groups are admitted if they:
1. Give testimony of having accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.
2. Feel that God has called them to Christian Service.
3. Have a high school diploma or its equivalent (foreign equivalent is acceptable) prior to entering the college division; have a baccalaureate degree or its equivalent from True Worshippers School of Prophets or an acceptable college prior to entering the seminary division.
4. Read, understand and respect the True Worshippers School of Prophets Biblical University Doctrinal Statement of Faith.
Persons desiring to enroll in either the college or seminary division of True Worshippers School of Prophets Biblical University must make application to the Office of Admissions in Orlando. Canadian students should apply through the office. Application forms may be obtained from the respective Administrative Offices or filled out and submitted online. Applicants must submit a completed application along with bust photo (for identification purposes), appropriate fees, and student copies of transcripts, if available. (It is the student's responsibility to contact schools previously attended requesting that official transcripts be sent directly to True Worshippers School of Prophets respective Offices of Admissions.)
Important Notice
After an evaluation has been completed and returned to the student for approval, the institution will consider the application active for six months. If the prospective student does not enroll within that time limit, all records will be discarded. Should the prospective student wish to enroll after that time, he or she will be required to submit a new application along with all documentation and fees
Student Resume & Portfolio Program
True Worshippers School of Prophets Biblical University recognizes that a great deal of learning takes place outside the traditional classroom. Students who have gained substantial knowledge and skill in appropriate subject areas before attending True Worshippers School of Prophets, may apply for consideration of admission at an advanced standing. Such students are required to submit a Student Resume & Portfolio Guide. This form may be acquired from the Office of the Dean at the main campus.
Under the Student Resume & Portfolio Program, an applicant may receive up to six-semester hour’s credit at the undergraduate level, for each documented year spent in full-time Christian service, not exceeding 30 credits. No credit is given towards graduate work under this program. The college will determine the number of credits given after reviewing an applicant’s work history and previous college training. In no case will an applicant be issued a degree or diploma without having completed 30 credits through True Worshippers School of Prophets. There is a non-refundable $35.00 fee for this evaluation.
Students who are working toward a degree in Religious Education may receive credit for on-the-job teaching experience while attending True Worshippers School of Prophets. To be considered for this credit, students will have the principal or dean of the school where they are employed, submit an evaluation of their work to True Worshippers School of Prophets.
Students, who are pastoring or working under full-time pastors while attending True Worshippers School of Prophets , may obtain credit for this experience. To be considered for this credit, the students’ supervising pastors will report to the College.
Students in Christian counseling who, while studying with True Worshippers School of Prophets Biblical University, are working under full-time qualified Christian counselors or completing counseling practicums, may obtain credit for this on-going experience. To be considered for this credit, the supervising counselors must submit regular reports. Documented experience in Human Services may also be considered.
The College will provide appropriate forms for such evaluations.
Portfolio Learning Assessment is limited to undergraduate studies. No P.L.A. will be allowed at the graduate and postgraduate levels.

Students must complete ALL of page. Once the evaluation is completed, a representative will contact you with the evaluation assessment, for your final signature entitled “FINAL APPROVAL.”
If you have not earned a bachelor’s degree and wish to take undergraduate courses in pursuit of a degree, you must request the registrar at each post-secondary institution in which you have enrolled since high school, to mail an official copy of your transcript directly to the Admissions Office.
If you have earned a bachelor’s degree of 120 semester hours and wish to take graduate studies in pursuit of a higher degree, you must request the registrar at each post-secondary institution in which you have enrolled since high school to mail an official copy of your transcript directly to the Admissions Office. You are required to furnish TWSPBU/S with a copy of each degree that you have been issued.If you wish to enroll for individual courses and do not wish to pursue a degree, you may enroll as a part-time student into the course(s) of your choice. For information regarding cost(s), contact the Admissions Office.
Tuition Agreement Form
MONTHLY TUITION:
Year round tuition is calculated annually and divided into equal monthly tuitions regardless of the number of school days per month. Summer tuition is paid in two equal tuitions.
NOTE: Semesters are typically twelve weeks. You pay the semester tuition monthly. However, students are encouraged to proceed at their own pace. Due to our small class sizes, students often complete a semester credit in two months or so. You pay on the fifteenth of each month.

Book Fees Varies in Price and is dependent upon program enrolled in this is not included in the tuition. THese are purchased separately.

Refund POLICY and Signature
The $75.00 Application Fee is non-refundable. If the student has received course materials, the $45.00 Registration Fee is also non-refundable. If the student elects to withdraw within the fifteen days after receiving their materials, they will be charged a $35.00 Withdrawal Fee.
The signing of the final approval on this application is considered signing a contract with True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical University. Five (5) business days after receiving the study guide materials the student is liable for the entire amount of the tuition program in which he or she enrolls.
I understand that my signature in the FINAL APPROVAL section of this application will constitute a contract with the school concerning my liability. I certify that my answers are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that false or misleading information in my application or interview may result in my release.
PROMISE TO PAY and Signature
Within 12 / 24 / 36 / 48 months from today, I promise to pay True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical University the sum of ____________, and interest and other charges stated within this contract.

Any installment not paid within 7 days of its due date shall be subject to a late charge of [5%] of the tuition monthly payment, not to exceed $10 for any such late installment.
I understand that false or misleading information in my application or interview may result in my release.
If for any reason I fail to make any tuition on time, I shall be in default. True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical University can then demand immediate tuition of the entire remaining unpaid balance of this tuition, without giving anyone further notices. If I have not paid the full amount of the tuition when the final tuition is due, True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical University will charge me interest on the unpaid balance at [5%] per year.

If this tuition is placed with a collection agency, then I agree to pay the collection fee of [40%] of the unpaid balance. This fee will be added to the unpaid balance of the loan.

POLICY ON DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS AND SIGNATURE
When a dishonored check or credit card charge back is returned to the UNIVERSITY prior to the last day for tuition refund, as noted in True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical Universities Catalog, the person will automatically be removed from all effected classes. Notice of this action will be sent by U. S. Mail to the student. To be eligible to attend classes, the student must register again prior to the last day to add or change classes as noted in the True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical Universities Catalog by presentation of a certified check and /or cash.
When a dishonored check or credit card charge back is returned to the college after the last day for tuition refund, as noted in the True Worshiper’s School of Prophets Biblical University, the student will be notified of their financial obligation. A Period not to exceed five (5) working days will be allowed to satisfy the financial obligation including a $3600 bad check charge for dishonored checks.
At 30 days past due, all delinquent accounts will be assessed a collection fee of equal to 40% of the original debt, unless extended tuition approval was granted.
